Qualifications

• Student enrolled full-time in Fall 2027 pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
• Majors: Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, Operations Management or related
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/week) for 10 weeks in Summer 2027
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• General understanding of supply chain management principles

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor supplier delivery and quality performance tracking
• Support functions to provide comprehensive business forecasting
• Pull and analyze data for GSC Division with Business Operations Manager
• Coordinate with internal partners on sourcing strategies
• Review bids and place Purchase Orders
• Evaluate supplier proposals and place compliant orders
• Extract, monitor, and validate data from multiple sources
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal partners to resolve issues
