Qualifications

• 1-2 years freight/logistics/international transportation or supply chain analytics experience.
• Strong analytics and data governance skills.
• Working knowledge of international freight modes and cost structures.
• Language requirement - Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills to negotiate and communicate with collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating logistics for transportation of Raw materials, products and machinery for Domestic and oversees shipments.
• Managing schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and customer service.
• Resolving transportation and logistics issues that arise.
• Tracking deliveries and ensuring on-time and undamaged arrival.
• Documenting and reporting on transportation activities, costs, and performance metrics.
• Communicating with carriers across modes (Ocean, Air Freight, Ground).
• Supporting transportation complaints resolution.
• Managing and maintaining all transport documentation.
• Collaborating with other departments regarding transportation activities.
• Reducing costs by negotiating with carriers and optimizing routes.
• Ensuring compliance with transportation and global trade regulations.
• Managing bills of lading and other shipping documents.
