Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the annual global audit plan covering ABAC, GTC, and GCC reviews, working with Law, Compliance, and third parties. You may also guide investigations via the Triage Committee and coordinate cross-functional teams.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and reports, influence remediation, and drive improvements using data analytics. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• MBA or certifications (CPA, CIA, CMA, CISA, CFE) preferred.
• 10+ years in Internal Audit/Healthcare Compliance/Investigations/Public Accounting.
• 5+ years people development/talent management.
• Advanced Excel and cross-functional partnership with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate global audit plan for ABAC, GTC, GCC with stakeholders.
• Manage investigations via Triage Committee; drive remediation.
• Oversee audits with budgets, timelines, and reporting.
• Develop training and benchmarking; mentor team and foster inclusion.
