Job summary

Leidos is seeking a GEOINT Collection Manager SME to support an IC customer in McLean, VA. You will provide expert collection management guidance across disciplines and help shape collection priorities, emphasizing coordination with IC partners and senior stakeholders.

The role requires extensive GEOINT collection management experience and a deep understanding of IC processes, policies, and interrelationships, enabling effective support to policymakers and decision makers.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly.
• BA degree and 12–15 years of experience or Masters with 10–13 years of experience.
• Extensive GEOINT collection management experience and understanding of policies/processes.
• Familiarity with the IC and its components, missions, disciplines and interrelationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with senior leaders inside/outside USG and coordinate across the IC.

Responsibilities

• Provide GEOINT collection management advice and expert knowledge for each discipline.
• Produce collection postures and support caucuses with products/recommendations.
• Assist in production of collection emphasis messages and other collection products.
• Support decision makers on collection management issues including written products and briefings for senior IC members, policymakers, military decision makers, and Congress.
• Build and maintain relationships with IC counterparts.
