Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead and optimize SAP Analytics Cloud-driven planning, budgeting, and reporting across the enterprise. This role partners with finance and IT to translate business needs into SAC capabilities and fosters data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or financial systems analysis within large organizations, strong modeling and data analytics skills, and hands-on SAC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or financial systems analysis experience in large organizations.
• Advanced financial modeling, data analytics, and Excel; Power BI a plus.
• Hands-on SAC experience in planning, budgeting, reporting (2+ lifecycles preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAC planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Bridge finance and technology teams to translate requirements into SAC capabilities.
• Build relationships with finance, IT, and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement in cross-functional teams.
• Champion change management and standardize FP&A data models.
• Oversee data ingestion pipelines and data integrity for FP&A systems.
• Train users on SAC functionalities, reporting, and analytics.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
