Jacques Marie Mage, a Los Angeles luxury eyewear producer, is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights. You will own models, dashboards, and reports, partnering with leadership to optimize costs and investments across global entities.

The role emphasizes hands-on financial modeling, data analysis, and collaboration across teams, with exposure to multi-currency analytics and upcoming BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to leverage AI tools for analysis, validation, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop and update financial models and forecasts for drivers such as revenue, margins, inventory, and expenses.
• Oversee Capex budgets and evaluate proposed investments for strategic alignment.
• Prepare regular financial reports and highlight KPIs and variances for senior management.
• Partner with department heads to drive financial discipline and actionable insights.
• Support ERP systems and BI implementations; automate recurring reporting with SQL/Power BI.
