Job summary

Englewood Lab, Inc. is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to support financial planning, monthly performance reporting, and inventory cost analysis at their Totowa, NJ location. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or manufacturing, and strong knowledge of Microsoft applications. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually along with medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis or related field of manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's annual and mid-term business plan.
• Maintain quarterly and yearly KPIs and meet with stakeholders.
• Analyze the cost of inventory and perform month-end cost closing.
• Monitor organizational changes and review internal control planning.
• Prepare a monthly business performance report.
• Communicate with Sales to draft pricing and analyze profit and loss.
