Job summary

Integer in Plano, TX, seeks a senior FP&A leader to provide financial leadership across corporate functions, including IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Quality, and Global Ops. You will partner with functional leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting.

You will develop models, analyze variances, and support strategic decision‑making while ensuring cost accountability and efficient resource use. The role also involves coaching a direct report and presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing SG&A and functional budgets.
• Familiarity with Oracle/SAP/Hyperion and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly outlooks, and long-range planning for corporate functions.
• Deliver executive reporting, variance analyses, and dashboards.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Drive accountability through regular financial reviews with functional leaders.
• Support headcount planning and workforce cost management with HR.
• Evaluate investments, vendor contracts, and capital expenditures.
