Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably within the area of Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of accounting, FP&A or finance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal financial reporting and analysis to support management decisions.
• Report actual results vs. plan and assist with budgeting, forecasts and cost controls.
• Publish financial reports such as accounts payable, freight and consumable metrics for leadership visibility.
• Perform analyses to identify trends and opportunities and suggest cost-efficiency improvements.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and cost center budgeting.
• Coordinate vendor invoices, revenue accruals and AP processes to ensure timely payments.
