Job summary

Morrison & Company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the financial planning processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A background, excellent communication skills, and expertise in financial modeling. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $92,240 to $142,240 based on experience.

The FP&A Manager will support various business functions and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or decision support, preferably in manufacturing.
• Expertise in financial modeling (P&L/BS/CF) and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with forecasting and reporting tools (SAC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning cycles.
• Deliver variance analysis and insight narratives connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain standardized decision-support dashboards in SAC/Power BI.
