Elior North America is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager who thrives at turning data into clear stories and partnering with non-financial stakeholders. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while guiding strategic decisions to drive growth and profitability.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with locations in Pittsburgh, PA, or Houston, TX. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Proven track record of building dashboards, visualizing data, and presenting insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a power user in data visualization tools (Power BI) to design dashboards and automated reports.
• Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify key insights and recommendations.
• Lead ad hoc reporting to support fast-moving decision cycles and senior leadership requests.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as a working manager.
• Translate financial information into actionable insights for operations, strategy, and growth.
• Lead financial planning cycles and monitor performance against targets.
• Coordinate with accounting and shared services to ensure accurate reporting and smooth month-end close.
• Support system transformation, process automation, and future-state initiatives.
• Track progress toward fiscal year goals and drive corrective actions.
