Old-Castle Building Envelop (OBE) seeks a Senior Analyst in Operations Finance to act as a strategic partner to manufacturing leadership. Youll deliver financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support to drive profitable growth and influence key business decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Supply Chain, turning data into actionable insights. The role focuses on forecasting, cost analysis, and performance improvement across sites and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business analytics, or related areas.
• Financial modeling, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and communicating insights.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting & Planning: Lead monthly forecasts for material costs and other drivers; support annual plans and long-range forecasts; build financial models; monitor performance and communicate risks/opportunities.
• Operations & Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze metrics across supply chain, inventory, logistics, and procurement; identify improvement opportunities; optimize performance.
• Reporting & Decision Support: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting; provide variance analysis and performance narratives; develop presentations and analyses for strategic decisions.
• Data & Business Partnership: Develop dashboards and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems; improve reporting automation; partner with cross-functional leaders to support performance management.
• Success Measures: Timely, high-quality reporting and identification of profit or cost improvement opportunities.
