Job summary

Trinnex, a technology-driven water solutions company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions. You will own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive growth and profitability.

You'll build executive dashboards, analyze project economics, and collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Projects to ensure accurate reporting and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and modeling skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance including revenue, profitability, margins, and KPIs.
• Monitor project financials, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting for revenue recognition and compliance.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, analyses, and management presentations.
• Support controls and process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI, Oracle, Excel and other systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
