Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2-5 years in FP&A, Investor Relations, Strategic Finance or related analytical finance role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and management reporting.
• Prepare investor materials and executive presentations.
• Analyze financial performance, profitability, backlog, revenue forecasting and margins.
• Assist ERP transition from Sage to Deltek and related tooling.
