Job summary

Banco Sabadell seeks an Efficiency & Organization Analyst to join our Florida team. You will support budgeting for Opex and Capex, maintain relationships with budget owners, and analyze monthly spend to highlight variances and opportunities for efficiency.

You will collaborate with accounting on month-end close, prepare management presentations, and assist with PMO financials. This role offers growth in a fast-paced banking environment in Miami.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Pivot, VLOOKUPs, charts).
• Strong analytical, financial control and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and planning of expenses (Opex and Capex) for departments."
• Develop and maintain relationships with departmental budget owners to manage Opex budget.
• Analyze Opex monthly to track budget, variances, trends, issues and opportunities for efficiency.
• Collaborate with accounting to assist month-end close, resolve discrepancies, and reclass as needed.
• Inform budget owners of monthly spend to understand deviations.
• Build and own monthly reporting/presentations highlighting performance vs budget.
• Assist PMO by maintaining reports for financial information of projects.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for management.
• Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain historical transaction records and manage invoicing and WIP.
