Bloom Energy is seeking a highly analytical, business‑oriented finance leader to join the Corporate FP&A team as Director, Corporate FP&A. You will own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a $4B+ business, partnering with leaders across Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Services, and Engineering to translate performance into financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A or related finance experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.
• Experience supporting board reporting and strategic planning.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly, annual, and long‑range revenue forecasting for a >$4B business.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and reporting.
• Build financial models showing revenue trends, costs, cash flow, and drivers.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Prepare Board materials, Investor relations support, and exec presentations.
• Analyze results vs. budget/forecast to identify trends and risks.
• Improve forecasting methodologies, dashboards, and planning systems.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and capital decisions.
