Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Strong understanding of Corporate FP&A processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Hands-on financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
• Experience supporting finance system implementations or transformations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work across Finance, IT, and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations.
• Lead and execute special projects requiring financial analysis, modeling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from executive leadership with timely, accurate analysis.
• Drive finance process improvements, reporting standardization, and scalable FP&A tools.
• Support ERP and EPM system implementations with requirements, data validation, testing, and user adoption.
