Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic finance, P&L and balance sheet planning, forecasting, and performance management on a global scale.

The role partners with senior leaders to develop financial models, drive the annual plan, and deliver insightful reporting. A BA/BS is required with 10+ years in FP&A and strong AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years in FP&A within a multinational.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience using AI to optimize planning/analysis.
• Ability to influence executives and partner cross-functionally.
• Business planning and forecasting experience.
• Strong MS Office skills; data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5-year strategic plan development and annual operating plan.
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Drive global FP&A processes and standardized reporting to executives.
• Partner with business leaders to develop financial models and insights.
• Champion data quality and continuous improvement across FP&A.
