Zusammenfassung

Our client, a high-precision manufacturing facility in Denver, seeks a finance leader to own the financial engine and drive capital allocation decisions. You will report to the facility GM with a dotted line to the parent group’s Head of Finance, guiding month-end close and cash management.

You will shape rolling forecasts, budgets, and strategic analyses to sustain rapid growth and profitability, including ROI on major capex and headcount investments.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, corporate FP&A, investment banking, or private equity.
• Solid grounding in US GAAP, month-end close cycles, cash flow forecasting, and complex Excel modeling.
• Active CPA, finance/accounting degree, or exposure to manufacturing job costing, plant operations, or high-growth environments.

Aufgaben

• Own the Financial Engine: manage month-end close, journal entries, cash flow, vendor disbursements, and financial reporting.
• Drive Strategic FP&A: roll forecasts, budgets, and variance models to maintain healthy cash flow during growth.
• Advise on Capital Allocation: evaluate ROI on capex, equipment, and headcount with plant leadership.
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations: understand job costing, inventory, scrap rates, and labor efficiency to defend margins.
• Group Integration: align accounting systems, controls, and reporting with parent finance leadership.
