Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, decision support, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting or analytical tools.
• Ability to analyze financial information and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting / Financial Planning & Analysis: Support annual operating, capital, and workforce budgets with templates and analyses.
• Cost Accounting / Decision Support: Assist with cost-model maintenance, profitability analyses, and ROI analyses.
• Productivity & Workforce Analytics: Prepare labor productivity reporting and analyze staffing, labor hours, and related impacts.
• Operational Partnerships: Collaborate with Finance, BI, Data and Engineering to connect financial and operational data.
