Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Associate to join the Corporate Finance team. The role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision making.

You will partner with business leads to deliver real-time insights and drive performance across the firm. You will develop dashboards for the Management Committee and Board, assist in monthly/quarterly close, and help implement new planning tools and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years FP&A or corporate finance experience in financial services
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Familiarity with Private Market Investments preferred
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting of consolidated KPIs with variance analysis
• Develop dashboards and analytics for the Management Committee and Board
• Prepare monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages
• Collaborate with FP&A teams, sales and business leads to improve decision making
• Identify process gaps and implement internal controls
• Assist with system implementations and reporting automation
