Job summary

Parsec Automation, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will help with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis using NetSuite, Cube, FloQast, and Ramp to ensure data accuracy and timely closes.

The ideal candidate has strong modeling skills, GAAP knowledge, and the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights for business leaders, working cross-functionally with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with financial modeling, pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience building/maintaining financial models and translating data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly reforecasting with department leaders.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis and executive commentary.
• Build/maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, operating expenses, cash flow.
• Ensure actuals and forecasts align between Cube and NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Revenue Ops and leadership to provide insights.
• Develop FP&A dashboards and self-service reporting.
