Job summary

The role consolidates financial planning, analysis, and reporting, develops budgets and forecasts, and ensures IFRS compliance while delivering insights to improve performance.

You will leverage Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other tools, partner with CP&C Finance colleagues, and support monthly close, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, performance controlling, or related finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial management software.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel occasionally (5-10%).

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting packages for Circuit Protection & Controls.
• Support monthly closing, forecasting, budget, and strategic planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis to highlight key business drivers.
• Partner with CP&C Finance colleagues to identify opportunities to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within Circuit Protection & Control.
• Leverage Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, AI, and other digital tools to improve reporting effectiveness.
• Enhance data quality, reporting speed, and decision support capabilities.
• Develop financial bridges and support month-end close reporting and ad hoc analysis.
