Job summary

ABS Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to compile and analyze financial information, develop integrated analyses, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The role involves forecasting, variance analysis, and liaison with senior management to present findings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least eight years of accounting/FP&A experience, and CPA is preferred. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Requires a minimum of eight (8) years previous accounting and financial experience, including 3 years of FP&A.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses.
• Review monthly results for accuracy and explain variances to users of financial information.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and variance explanations to managers.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecast of profitability and assist with annual budget.
• Coordinate year-end reporting and assist auditors with queries.
