Job summary

Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen financial decision-making through forward-looking analysis, forecasting, and disciplined evaluation of alternatives. You will maintain the CFC Compass/CompassPro model and translate complex data into practical leadership recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred; other related degrees with modeling/forecasting experience considered.
• Demonstrated experience building, maintaining multi-year financial models; CFC Compass/CompassPro preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability required; ability to explain complex financial relationships clearly.]
• Knowledge of lender metrics, debt structures, rates, liquidity, and executive communication is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains CFC Compass/CompassPro financial model.
• Builds long-range forecasts integrating load, revenues, expenses, and capex.
• Develops scenario analyses comparing financial alternatives and outcomes.
• Supports debt strategy, refinancing opportunities, and cash vs financing decisions.
• Produces dashboards and decision materials for executives and lenders.
