Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of FP&A.
• CPA licensure is a plus but not required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to model value of initiatives.
