Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Compute Infrastructure Business in Sunnyvale, CA. You will manage the P&L for the Compute Engine portfolio, lead monthly and quarterly gross margin reviews, and work with Product Management and Finance to optimize pricing and discounts.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across GTM initiatives and new product introductions. You will analyze profitability, support capital allocation decisions, and enable data-driven business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling in a multinational company setting.
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L for Google Compute Engine product portfolio and provide in-depth analysis to optimize financial performance.
• Oversee product strategy with monthly/quarterly gross margin reviews and financial forecasting.
• Partner with Product Management and Finance to drive business decisions, pricing, and discounts.
• Support GTM initiatives and NPIs by unit economics analyses and P&L impact assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Align CapEx and OpEx investments with demand and coordinate with Capacity and Product Finance teams.
