Job summary

STA Family of Companies in Bridgeville, PA, seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple locations. You will partner with operations to drive performance, review revenue inputs, and support the transition to shared services.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance/Accounting degree with 3+ years FP&A or finance experience, strong Excel and MS 365 skills, and BI tools familiarity; relocation is not provided for this opportunity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 3+ years in finance or accounting; FP&A experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; advanced Excel skills essential.
• BI tools experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for multiple locations.
• Assist cash flow forecasting.
• Analyze actual performance vs forecast, budget, and prior year; identify variances.
• Partner with operations to analyze performance and drive decisions.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analytics as needed.
• Support revenue assurance by reviewing contracts and billing outputs.
• Drive improvements to financial processes, reporting tools, and data integrity.
• Assist with transition from regional accounting to shared services model.
• Perform other duties to support regional finance operations.
