Job summary

TricorBraun is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the team’s financial planning and strategic business analysis, helping to evolve monthly packages and reports to provide insights. Your work will enable cross-functional partners to translate business goals into actionable solutions, while you lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned units and develop data-driven models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Ability to develop enterprise reporting tools, dashboards and financial models.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical partners.
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of enterprise reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models while driving processes to rapidly deliver data-driven insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to effectively communicate findings and insights both verbally and visually to non-technical business partners.
• Serve as a strategic partner for assigned business units as well as point of escalation and accountability to ensure effective partnership and satisfaction.
• Lead the annual budget and forecasting process for assigned business units.
