Job summary

dnata is seeking a Finance professional in El Segundo, CA to support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner with cross-functional teams, develop financial models, and deliver insightful reports to guide strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in manufacturing finance with strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates in finance or accounting or relevant experience 1-2 years in manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing experience and/or Food Processing industry a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and develop staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experienced in the use of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Budgeting and planning: participate in annual budget process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Forecasting: project future financial performance based on data and assumptions.
• Performance analysis: compare actuals to budgets and prior periods to identify trends.
• Business partnering: collaborate with departments to gather information and provide financial guidance.
• Reporting: prepare dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
• Ad-hoc analysis: conduct special analyses for critical decisions.
• Data quality and process improvement: ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
• Strategic support: provide insights to help leaders make informed decisions.
