Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Senior Director to lead the Athlete* Future Lab. You will be an enterprise thinker, guiding a diverse team through uncertainty, defining portfolios, and translating insights into strategy and action for Nike brands and enterprise priorities.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on research, synthesis, and executive communication, driving investments and governance across Innovation, Design, Product, and brand functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in strategic foresight, design strategy, or related field.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs and teams.
• Ability to translate complex signals into portfolio actions.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and multi-year roadmap for Athlete* Future Lab.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team with clear accountability.
• Translate research into executive narratives and recommendations.
• Define measures of impact and communicate value of foresight.
