Kearney's Global Business Policy Council seeks a Specialist Analyst to advance thought leadership and strategic foresight. The role focuses on research, writing, and macroeconomic analysis to inform advisory work for leaders and clients in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

You will develop Council presentations, support client engagements, and contribute to cross‑practice collaboration while maintaining high‑quality outputs. Washington DC, full‑time, Americas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Background in international politics and macroeconomics, including bachelor’s and graduate degree in relevant field.
• Experience in writing short-form articles for external publication.
• Broad knowledge of global affairs, public policy, and international business trends.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and capacity to integrate diverse inputs.
• Demonstrated writing ability.
• Strong inter-personal skills.
• Strong production capabilities in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on a dynamic portfolio of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Intellectual capital: conduct research and analysis for GBPC thought leadership.
• Macroeconomic projections: support scenario and forecasting activities.
• Advisory services: assist Council and Kearney Foresight client engagements.
• GBPC activities: develop presentations, proposals, client briefings, and event support.
• Support of Kearney practices: provide GBPC support to priority consulting practices.
