Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds relevant financial sales licenses such as Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 with completion of missing exams).
• Experience in investments and financial services with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Healthcare, retirement or brokerage product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals and build financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities and maintain regulatory due diligence.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
