Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; or 63/65 in lieu of 66 with condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
• Has at least one year experience in the investments or financial services industry and/or a sales environment with measurable goals.
• Demonstrates ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and manage client expectations.
• Shows regulatory diligence and adherence to compliance requirements in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Triage client leads and build financial plans using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities.
• Meet with clients to review goals, provide customized solutions, and refer to internal service providers as needed.
• Provide coaching to referral partners and identify new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Maintain risk controls and ensure regulatory due diligence is incorporated into strategies.
• Support ongoing client relationships and adapt plans as financial needs evolve.
