Job summary

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), seeks a senior financial management professional to advise on planning, budget, and organizational performance. Qualifications

• Specialized experience for this position includes: experience in operational research and decision support for financial management programs and operations to advise senior leadership on organizational performance, program effectiveness, human capital management, and sound fiscal operations.
• Experience implementing project management principles and practices for large multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects to develop long-range strategic plans, improve processes, update policies and processes, and enhancing operations.
• Experience in data management, data wrangling, and data analytics to convey insights through information/issue papers, briefings, data visualizations, and/or other analytical products to support senior leadership in making informed decisions.
