Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensing or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years in financial services or related experience.
• CFP Certification is highly encouraged.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts to build effective financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint client appointments and deliver personalized financial consultations.
• Develop engagement strategies to meet client planning needs and strengthen relationships.
• Mentor and support fellow associates; collaborate with Financial Consultant or Wealth Planner.
• Use tools like Salesforce to maintain organized client contact strategy; build long-lasting relationships.
