Kestra Financial Independent Advisor seeks a talented Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. You will support our planners by conducting in-depth analysis, preparing comprehensive financial plans, and providing insights to help clients achieve goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial planning or related advisory role.
- CFP certification preferred or in progress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team.
- Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' financial situations, portfolios, and goals to tailor planning.
- Prepare and present detailed financial plans including retirement, tax, and estate planning.
- Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory changes for accurate advice.
- Collaborate with team to support client communications and relationship management.
- Assist in developing educational materials and client seminars.
