PACCAR is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support purchasing strategies and financial planning in Lewisville, TX (or Bellevue, WA). The role emphasizes rigorous analytical work, forecasting, cost analysis, and collaboration with the Purchasing team and PACCAR Truck divisions.

The position involves driving cost reduction initiatives, analyzing supplier finances, and delivering timely management reports.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas; Power Query a plus.
• Experience with automation tools and AI-enabled business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to support sourcing strategies and business decisions.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate component cost forecasts, identifying risks and drivers.
• Support cost reduction initiatives by tracking supplier pricing actions and cost changes.
• Perform financial analyses of suppliers and assess supply base risks.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives using analytics and data-driven solutions.
• Support internal control activities, including SOX compliance and financial reviews.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for Purchasing and finance leadership.
