Job summary

Disney Entertainment Television (DET) is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support labor and overhead planning across DET’s diverse departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will partner with both finance and non-finance leaders to develop budgets, perform variance analyses, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and improving processes.
• Experience with financial systems, data visualization/reporting tools, and emerging AI-enabled technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop labor and overhead budgets, model scenarios, and analyze results for drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted finance partner across DET functions, guiding budget decisions and spending priorities.
• Reporting, Automation & Process Improvement: Build dashboards and reporting tools; identify automation opportunities; leverage Power BI and AI capabilities to scale operations; continually improve processes.
