Youll work with executives and stakeholders to prepare monthly close, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses, presenting results clearly and driving improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing historical results, investigating variances, identifying trends, and translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to prepare profitability analyses, pricing models, financial reports, and decision-support analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Support/assist in the preparation of the monthly close, quarterly reporting, and annual business cycle through the preparation of a range of reporting and analysis and communicates results to “C” suite and various internal stakeholders.
• Assists in preparation, maintenance, and operational aspects of financial forecasting as it relates to trend results.
• Communicate financial performance to respective stakeholders and owners.
• Support respective business owners by researching questions and investigating meaningful variances on financial statements.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in special projects, focused on improving efficiency and accuracy and providing additional business insight.
