Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to prepare, analyze, and communicate financial data to Finance leadership, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. You will partner with Regions, Markets, Divisions, and Corporate to track performance and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with objectives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3-5 years in a related role, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; MBA is a plus, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role supporting a multi-unit organization.
Demonstrated experience and advancement building analytical and financial connections with field leadership.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, metrics, KPIs, and working capital drivers.
Proficient in business analytics and financial forecasting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; helpful to possess SQL and/or VBA.

Responsibilities

Analyze trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, working capital, and capex to provide insights.
Partner with Regions, Markets, Divisions, Corporate Functions, or Shared Services teams to track performance.
Analyze complex financial information and provide timely recommendations to management.
Support development of monthly business reviews, forecasts, and budgets.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and predictive modeling tool development.
Align with business strategy by tracking progress and guiding field leadership, supporting growth.
