Job summary

LifeCare Home Health in Irving, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. The role provides data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reports on trends, risks, and opportunities for the LifeCare Family of Agencies.

You will work with executives and department leaders, perform variance analyses, build financial models in Excel and Power BI, and help sales and HR prepare management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare or service industries preferred.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting; experience with HRIS/ERP (Paylocity, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to present complex data clearly to executives.
• High attention to detail and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
