Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to lead KPI forecasts, cost modeling, and financial planning for assigned business groups.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to build robust financial models and deliver insightful management reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in accounting/finance, with advanced Excel skills and experience in reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years experience in accounting, finance, or business.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, applied business statistics, and general modeling of complex non-linear systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment; familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong presentation skills with ability to interface with executive management and present analytical results.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast of KPIs including spending and resource requirements for headcount, capital, and operating expenses.
• Forecast future unit costs with cross-functional teams and track progress toward cost reduction targets.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational decision-making from idea generation to implementation.
• Develop financial models and metrics in collaboration with internal teams.
• Prepare and update capital expenditure and inventory cash forecasts.
• Support product cost tracking and inventory analysis including scrap and obsolescence.
• Develop tools to track revenue performance and project costs monthly.
• Provide insights on revenue, spending variances, and department reporting to business partners.
• Analyze and interpret financial data for management reviews.
