Responsibilities

• Preparation of standard monthly journal entries.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyses of the agency's operating expense performance.
• Monitor expenditures and provide supporting spending analysis.
• Forecast expenditures and perform financial analysis as needed.
• Prepare expense allocation schedules reflecting actual resource allocation.
• Assist the Director of Budgets in formulating the Annual Operating Budget.
• Complete job responsibilities in a professional manner.
