The role partners with System VP and SVP to manage budgets, monthly performance, and strategic initiatives, delivering insights, business cases, and performance reporting to advance organizational objectives within Shared Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized financial oversight across shared services and network operations.
• Develop analytical insights, financial modeling, and business cases to inform strategic decisions.
• Support multiple initiatives and committees, delivering performance reporting and guidance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
