Northwest Bancshares is seeking a senior finance professional to join the Business Finance team in Fishers. The role collaborates with executive leadership from a Revenue Producing Line of Business to drive growth through detailed business analysis and decision support.

You will manage monthly and quarterly reviews, support annual budget creation and forecasts, and provide explanations for variances. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 6–8 years in accounting/finance related work experience.
• 6–8 years in banking experience.
• 6–8 years in analytics and reporting.
• 6–8 years in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Create and present material for monthly and quarterly business unit reviews.
• Explain variances to budget/forecast and provide profitability reporting clarification.
• Update and maintain Risks & Opportunities for Budget/Forecast.
• Analyze production and budget metrics impacting income statement and balance sheet.
• Lead annual budget creation and subsequent forecasts with the Line of Business.
• Provide support for business cases and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop KPIs and metrics that matter to the team.
• Maintain monthly package for the assigned Line of Business.
• Document processes within the Business Finance team.
