Job summary

Stripe in Seattle is seeking a Finance and Strategy Partner to join our Infrastructure Finance and Strategy team. You will help us with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for AI investments, including token spend, engineering headcount, and management tools.

You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and finance teams to deliver improvements in our integrated financial systems and metrics, and help drive our strategies for productivity improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Experience driving and executing on finance processes (e.g. budget and forecast creation, headcount envelope management).
• Experience using AI tools to develop data visualizations and explore datasets and quickly develop expertise in new tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and influence key strategic and business decisions with your financial perspective.
• Be the business team's financial partner for analysis of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Design rigorous analyses to measure ROI of investments in headcount and non-headcount expenses.
