Qualifications

• Five years of financial/accounting experience required; eight–twelve years preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and applications required.
• Proficiency with Workday desired.
• Knowledge of University and grant fiscal policies and procedures desired.
• Strong quantitative skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology, including spreadsheets and complicated reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fiscal operations and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
• Monitor budget performance, reconcile, and take corrective action.
• Produce financial reports and visualizations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with CTSI leadership to forecast and plan financials.
• Ensure compliance with federal, university, and medical center requirements.
