Job summary

InvestCloud seeks a Finance Manager, Corporate Finance to own consolidated reporting and enterprise financial modeling. You will integrate drivers, forecasts, and scenario analysis to explain performance to management, the Board, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or master's is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience including strategic finance or in an early-stage business.
• Ability to translate strategic discussions into structured financial outcomes.
• Extensive financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance with variance analysis against forecast and budget.
• Coordinate consolidated strategic and annual planning process.
• Prepare reporting, variance analysis, and talking points for calls with owners and debtholders.
• Develop clear presentations for Board reporting translating results into insights.
• Maintain enterprise financial models consolidating P&L and cash flow.
• Develop scenario planning and what-if analyses.
• Perform moderate-to-complex analysis and provide insights for decisions.
• Partner with Accounting on goodwill, intercompany, and allocation processes.
• Drive alignment on internal allocations for Corporate functions and technology.
• Gather and align updates to develop a cohesive enterprise view.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and organizational what-if analysis.
