General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee accounting, budgeting, tax, and treasury functions, ensuring strong controls and accurate reporting for government compliance. This role supports strategic planning and financial stewardship in a demanding environment.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree with 5–7 years of experience (or equivalent) and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 5-7 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily financial activities including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
• Ensures compliance with governmental rules and regulations and maintains internal controls.
• Forecasts cash flow and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Oversees budget process and collaborates with managers to optimize budgets.
• Leads and directs staff; handles personnel actions with HR oversight.
